The team at Michael Phillips Acoustics are suitably qualified to conduct intrusive/offensive noise and noise emission assessments ready for submission to Council, Strata, Police or other regulatory authorities.

This type of assessment requires a site inspection, long term noise monitoring (7-days), attended measurements, desktop modelling, acoustic calculations and investigation of potential non-compliance with a wide range of acoustical standards and guidelines.

Noise complaints can be stressful events for all involved parties. We ensure an objective and impartial assessment and can provide advice on mitigation strategies where required and of non-compliant noise activities.

These assessments are commonly required for; residential strata premises, noisy neighbors or mechanical units and commercial premises.
