Home offices and video meetings have become the new norm for many professionals. In fact, nearly a third of all Australian workers have been working from home during periods in 2020 and 2021 [1, 2]. Interestingly, it has also been found that these workers are wanting to work from home in the future for an average of 2 days a week [3]. Another study even states that Australians would stay with their employer for longer or even take a pay cut to work from home [4]
